Running the Prerequisites Setup File
If you have an internet connection, you can easily use the SharePoint Preparation Tool (prerequisiteinstaller.exe) to install all SharePoint Subscription Prerequisites automatically.
Steps
- Double-click on the SharePoint Subscription Prerequisite installer,
- Click on Next to install all SharePoint Subscription Prerequisites
- Wait a moment till installing all prerequisites.
- Click “Finish” to complete the prerequisites installation.
Running the Setup File
After successfully installing SharePoint Subscription prerequisites, follow these steps to set up and install SharePoint Subscription.
Steps
- Click on the SharePoint installation file.
- Provide your SharePoint Server Product Key or you can also use one of the below SharePoint trial keys:

- SharePoint Server Enterprise Trial: VW2FM-FN9FT-H22J4-WV9GT-H8VKF
SharePoint Subscription provides a trial version for (180 days) 6 months
- Again accept the license agreement.
- Choose the file location for SharePoint server and search server files. Search index files need sufficient free space. then click install now.
- Do not interrupt the process. Wait for the installation to complete successfully.
- After the installation is complete, uncheck ‘Run Configuration Wizard’ and click ‘Close’.
- A server restart is required to complete the installation. Please proceed with the restart.
Install Arabic Language Pack
After the server has been restarted, we will proceed with the installation of the Arabic language pack for your SharePoint subscription as the following:
- Download the SharePoint Subscription Language Pack from Language Packs for SharePoint Server Subscription Edition.
- Select the Language Pack that you want to install.
- Double-click on the downloaded file, then click on “Setup” file to start the installation.
- Accept the terms and click on “Continue”.
- Do not interrupt the process. Wait for the installation to complete successfully.
- Once the installation process has been completed successfully, click the ‘Close’.
After installing the language pack, you can now configure your SharePoint subscription by running the SharePoint Configuration Wizard as described below.
Steps
- Click “Next” to continue.
- Select “Create a new server farm”.
- Enter the database server and database access account with (Dbcreator,SecurityAdmin) as server role (Farm Account). Then press Next.
To enhance reliability and maintainability, it is strongly recommended to create a database server alias as illustrated below. Subsequently, incorporate this alias name when specifying the database server in the preceding step.
Type the passphrase, click Next.
